This layout is called "Kawaii Academics". It is from the cute series of 'Keroppi'. The colors used are green and white. You can add in your own links at the drop down menu. You can edit the graphic title by editing "Image1_1x1.jpg" I've added a simple CSS sheet that can be edited in the head. The title can be edited by its tags. If you want to edit the link colors just change the CSS and the body tags.
Terms for using this layout
Unzip the zip file to a single directory, upload everything to your server, open the HTML file. Add in your own links for the top. Like mentioned above you can edit the links and change their colors. If you have some problems email me and I'll help you out. Delete all this to add in your own contents and check that links work here.
