This layout is called "Serene Ice". It is from the famous Sailor Moon series featuring Amy Mizuno. The colors used are white and baby blue. You can add in your own links below. I've added a simple CSS sheet that can be edited in the head. The title can be editing its tags. If you want to edit the link colors just change the CSS and the body tags. To edit the title edit image Layout#4_1x4.jpg The sign, wiew, and email images can be deleted or can be linked using images Layout#4_3x1, Layout#4_3x3, and Layout#4_3x5.
Terms for using this layout
Unzip the zip file to a single directory, upload everything to your server, open the HTML file. Add in your own links below. Like mentioned above you can edit the links and change their colors. If you have some problems email me and I'll help you out. Delete all this to add in your own contents and check that links work here. Remember this layout is linkware, so don't delete MLW's link.
