  • LIMIT on layouts of any kind is 2 per 9 months.
  • Requests may take up to 3 weeks, depending on graphic request and other queres.
  • Please be as specific as possible when requesting
  • DO NOT LEAVE ANY PART BLANK EXCEPT FOR MISC. (only if there is none)
